Matric With Science (Physics, Chemistry & Biology as Compulsory Subjects)
F.Sc (Pre-Medical) With Minimum 50% Marks
Domicile of Punjab
Gender: Both Male/Female
The Maximum Age Limit is 35 Years

Always submit Scans(jpg) of following original documents.
- Both Sides of valid CNIC Card.
- Domicile Certificate.
- Certificates showing Marks Obtained and Total Marks of all Degrees
The information given in the application form and Scans of original documents shall be verified at three (03) stages.

How to Apply Online:
Admission will be given purely on merit cum preference basis as per eligibility criteria according to the Government Policy.
The candidates shall have to register themselves on the web portal http://pnas2.phf.gop.pk/ and apply through the online system.
The candidates shall give preferences for admissions in Morning and Evening shits separately.
The candidates shall have to pay an amount of Rs.500/- as a processing fee to be deposited in any Branch of the Bank of Punjab through the Cash Management System (CMS) only. The receipt shall be uploaded on the web portal http://pnas2.phf.gop.pk/
Deadline for submission of online application is 23:59 hours PST on 30-11-2023.
Necessary instruction/ guidelines, schedule and merit list etc. will be uploaded from to time to time on the said web portal to facilitate the candidates.
Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of Rs.31470/- per month during the said degree program as per Govt. Policy subject to satisfactory performance (with regard to performing duties as requirement of clinical hours and/ or otherwise as required by SHC&MED/ DG Nursing from time to time, including requirement of Biometric attendance)
