Special Allowance 2022 Govt. of Punjab 15% Notification Detail is as under:-
Government of the Punjab, Finance Department issued Latest Notification Special Allowance 2022 Punjab @ 15% of Running Basic Pay.

The employees who are getting cadre/ service-specific allowance are not eligible for Special Allowance 2022 Punjab.
The employees who are getting these allowances will get this allowance but not cadre specific/service-specific allowance:
- House Rent Allowance (HRA)
- Conveyance Allowance (CA)
- Medical Allowance (MA)
- Adhoc Relief Allowances 2016, ARA-2017, ARA-2018, ARA-2019, and Adhoc Relief Allowance 2021 Punjab.
Disparity Reduction Allowance 2022 Punjab or SA-2022
I am directed to state that the Governor of Punjab has been pleased to sanction SA -2022 with effect from March 1st, 2022 and till further orders to the Civil Servants of the Punjab Government in BS-1 to BS-19 @ 15% of Basic Pay Scales, 2017 and contract employees employed against the civil post in basic pay scale BS-1 to BS-19.
Revised Pay Scales 2022 Punjab
The employees of the Punjab province will also get the Revised Basic Pay Scales 2022. The government of Punjab has also finalized to merge five ad-hoc relief allowances into basic pay. In this way, the basic pay of the employees of Punjab will also increase about 1.5 times. However, they will get no more of these 05 Adhoc allowances. Finance Department Punjab issued Notification on 21-07-2022.
